What are the check-in and check-out times?

What is the pet policy?
We allow up to 2 dogs with a pet fee. The fenced backyard gives them room to run. No other animals are permitted.
What are the house rules?
- Any bodily fluids (blood, vomit, urine, feces) found on furniture, bedding, or carpet will result in an automatic $500 cleaning charge.
- Late checkout (after 10am) will be charged at $50 per 20 minutes.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- No parties or large gatherings.
- No federal holiday checkouts (July 4, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
- No smoking or vaping inside the property.
- No events of any kind.
Are there rules for the hot tub and cold plunge?
Yes. The hot tub and cold plunge are 18+ only unless supervised by an adult. Not recommended for children under 5. There is no lifeguard on duty.
